2. Our Products
Pawtrition sells nutritional supplements and complementary products intended for dogs.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, ingredients and feeding instructions.
Our products are intended for animal use only and are not substitutes for veterinary treatment or a balanced diet.
Always follow the feeding instructions provided. If your dog has a medical condition, takes medication, is pregnant or is nursing, seek veterinary advice before introducing a new supplement.
Discontinue use and consult a veterinary professional if your dog experiences an unexpected adverse reaction.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that your information is accurate and that you are authorised to use your selected payment method.
You will receive an order acknowledgement by email.
A contract is formed when we accept your order, normally through dispatch confirmation.
We may decline an order where there is a genuine pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason.
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a refund.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Pawtrition Limited is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to our prices.
Any delivery charges are displayed before checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.
We may change prices and offers, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
5. Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offers
Selected products are available with a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion.
Customers receive three eligible products for the price of two.

Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotions cannot be combined with Subscribe & Save discounts.
Offers apply only to eligible products and are subject to availability and any additional conditions displayed before purchase.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Subscribe & Save
Pawtrition offers recurring deliveries of eligible products through its Subscribe & Save service.
The subscription price, discount, delivery frequency and recurring payment arrangements are displayed before purchase.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments according to the terms shown when you subscribe.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Pawtrition Subscribe & Save subscription at any time, with no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fees.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your online subscription account, where available, or by emailing hello@mypawtrition.co.uk.
Cancellation stops future subscription orders and payments that have not already been processed.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, applicable cancellation, return and refund rights still apply.
Subscription discounts cannot be combined with Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotions.
If subscription prices change, we will notify customers in advance and explain their available options and rights.
Applicable statutory subscription protections remain unaffected.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the locations available at checkout.
Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery.
Orders of £30 or less are subject to the delivery charge displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown before purchase.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.
If an order is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact hello@mypawtrition.co.uk.
Risk of loss or damage normally passes to the customer when the goods come into their physical possession, subject to applicable consumer law.
8. Cancellation and Returns
Customers purchasing online normally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
To cancel, email hello@mypawtrition.co.uk with your name, order number and a clear statement requesting cancellation.
You do not need to provide a reason.
If you cancel after receiving your goods, you must return them within 14 days of notifying us.
Customers are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation, where this was disclosed before purchase.
Please contact us for return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Products supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right if unsealed after delivery, but only where the legal requirements for that exception are met.
This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed products.
9. Refunds
Where a valid statutory cancellation right is exercised, we will refund the payments required by law, including applicable standard outbound delivery costs.
Additional charges for upgraded delivery services may not be refundable.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where permitted by law, we may wait until the returned goods are received or evidence of their return is provided before issuing a refund.
Applicable refunds will be processed within the statutory time limits.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact hello@mypawtrition.co.uk.
Please provide your order number and details of the problem.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another statutory remedy.
We will meet our legal obligations, including applicable return costs for faulty goods.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Product Storage and Use
Products must be stored and used according to their packaging instructions.
Keep products out of reach of children and pets except when administering them as directed.
Do not exceed recommended serving quantities unless advised by a veterinary professional.
Check ingredients if your dog has allergies or sensitivities.
12. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discount codes apply only to eligible products and orders.
Offers may have expiry dates, minimum spending requirements or other conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent or unauthorised promotional code use.
Accepted orders and statutory consumer rights remain protected.
13. Website Information
We aim to keep our website accurate and up to date.
Occasional technical errors or product availability changes may occur.
Product packaging may differ slightly from photographs displayed online.
We will not make material substitutions to accepted orders without appropriate agreement.
14. Intellectual Property
The Pawtrition name, branding, photographs, graphics and original website content belong to Pawtrition Limited or their respective rights holders.
Our content must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms limits rights protected by UK consumer law.
16. Privacy
We process personal information to manage orders, payments, deliveries, subscriptions and customer enquiries.
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The latest version will be published on our website.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to accepted orders.
Existing subscription rights will be respected in accordance with applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Customers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain applicable mandatory consumer protections.
Customers may bring legal proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable consumer law.
